Shipping policy

United States shipping only

Azyro currently ships to physical street addresses in the United States. We do not ship this product to PO boxes.

Processing time

Most orders are prepared by our fulfillment partner within 1–3 business days. Weekends, public holidays, supplier quality checks, and address issues can extend processing time.

Estimated delivery

Most U.S. orders are estimated to arrive within 8–18 business days after order confirmation. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, severe weather, peak-season volume, or local carrier delays.

Tracking

When tracking becomes available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take several business days to show its first physical carrier scan.

Address changes

Please contact us promptly if an address is incorrect. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and deliverable address.

Split shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the package has not arrived within the stated window, contact us with your order number. We will review the shipment with the fulfillment partner and explain the available resolution.
